Our in-house graphic design team has extensive experience in applying corporate identity to promotional merchandise. If you don’t have a logo we can help you develop your very own unique corporate or team identity. 

When you place your order our design team will prepare full colour artwork for your approval before we begin production.

Do you have vector art version of your logo?
Vector art is paths and line artwork drawn with computer programs such as Freehand (.fh) and Illustrator (.ai). If you can send us vector art, you will get the most accurate possible reproduction of your logo on your promotional merchandise.

We can work with most electronic files but prefer the following:
EPS: Encapsulated Post Script files are ideal. Make sure all images and fonts converted to paths.
Freehand: Convert all images and fonts to paths and save as a Freehand file (filename.fh).
Illustrator: Convert all images and fonts to paths and save as an Illustrator file (filename.ai).
Photoshop: Used for full colour images. Please contact us for instructions before sending your art (filename.psd).

Do you have a good quality, high-resolution PDF, TIFF, JPEG or GIF files?
We can work with these files but we may have to redraw your logo to create vector art. Please make sure you send high-resolution files. If we have to redraw your logo additional artwork charges may apply.

Do have a large, good quality hard copy of your logo?
If you can’t send us an electronic version of your artwork we can work with images from brochures, stickers, letterheads and business cards. Additional artwork charges may apply if we redraw your logo.

Does your logo have specific colours you must match?
Pantone Matching System (PMS) is a colour chart that is used to pin point a certain shade of colour with absolute accuracy. Each shade of colour is given a code e.g. Yellow PMS 123C.
Please tell us these Pantone colour codes. If you don’t know the PMS Colour please mail us a physical sample of the colour you want us to match. We'll use our electronic Pantone Colour Cue colour meter to get the most accurate possible PMS match for your logo colours.

How would you like to send your art?
Mail In: If you have really large files (bigger than 2-3MB) send a CD (Macintosh format) or a 100MB Zip Disk (Macintosh format) and a hard copy to Stateside Art Department, PO Box 7003, East Brisbane, Queensland, 4169, Australia.
